What is Martha Pullen TV?
Martha Pullen TV is an online sewing tutorial subscription platform. Launched in 2012, the site offers commercial-free viewing of dozens of sewing video tutorials and is the online home of the long-running PBS television show, Martha's Sewing Room.

The videos are streamed to tv.marthapullen.com members so they can be viewed 24/7 from any computer with a high-speed Internet connection without requiring software downloads (though your computer must have Flash installed; almost all computers already do. And please note our iPad version does not require Flash). You can choose to subscribe to all videos for a 1-month. All full-site subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your term, but you can turn this off after ordering if you do not wish to continue beyond the initial term of your subscription. I am having trouble logging in. Does my username and password from Store.MarthaPullen.com, IEC.MarthaPullen.com, or SBCC.MarthaPullen.com work on this site?
Martha Pullen TV is a completely separate site from the other Martha Pullen Company sites and will require all users to create a new account, whether or not you have registered on another one of our sites like the Martha Pullen Store, the Internet Embroidery Club, or the Sew Beautiful Class Club. This is done to ensure the safety of your account information.

Do I need to have a high-speed internet connection to use Martha Pullen TV?
Yes. In order to have a satisfactory viewing experience you'll need to have a high-speed internet connection: typically cable, high-speed DSL or satellite dish.

Most end user access problems are due to connectivity issues on the user side. Even on a high-speed connection, a CPU or RAM resource issue on the client system can cause issues or slowdowns. We have found that one thing a user might try is to clear their browser cache, check their system resources, and/or reboot if need be.

We also often direct people to http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ . This site performs a speed test of the user system, and sometimes reveals a connectivity issue (for example, if a shared cable line becomes bogged down, etc).
Where can I view a free preview of each episode?
To view a preview of each episode, simply click on the "Preview Video" button below any of the episode listings, or in your search results as you browse around the site. You can also access the preview from the any of the episode details pages.
Are these online videos in high-definition?
The newest episodes created for Martha Pullen TV are all excellent quality, but we do not stream them in HD to ensure the best streaming quality. Older videos and Martha's Sewing Room are served in excellent quality, but they are also not in HD since they were filmed before HD technology was around.
What are the options available for purchasing and viewing videos at Martha Pullen TV?
Martha Pullen TV offers a 1-month subscription to access all of our videos.  This subscription term renews automatically if you don't cancel before your term ends.

For all of the technique DVDs and for some seasons of Martha's Sewing Room, you can buy DVDs and downloads to own in our store at store.MarthaPullen.com.
Is there a limit on how many times I can view an episode?
No. You can view an episode as many times as you like during the term of your subscription regardless of which subscription you purchased.
If I choose to subscribe will I get to see new videos that are added after I submit my order?
Yes. For the time period while your subscription is in effect, you'll be able to view all new videos that we'll add to Martha Pullen TV. 
How often are new videos added?
We are currently no longer adding new videos to Martha Pullen TV
How can I contact you for questions, comments or requests to cancel my subscription

Can I get a refund if I want to cancel my subscription?
Yes. If you notify us within 7 days of the date you placed your order, we will refund your full purchase amount. Refunds, including partial refunds, are not granted if you choose to cancel your order beyond 7 days of the transaction date. We can only issue a refund to the same credit card you used when placing your order. To ensure that we can look up your order and account information, please include your full contact information along with the name, address and last four numbers of the credit card you used when placing the order you want refunded. To help us improve our service, please indicate why you wish to cancel your order.

What happens when my subscription expires? Can I turn off the auto-renew?
If you subscribed to individual episodes before that option was replaced with the monthly subscription option, when your subscription expires, you'll no longer have access to the videos you've purchased since these subscriptions did not auto-renew (only 1-month, 6-month, and 1-year full-site subscriptions and some special packages auto-renew). However, you can gain access to your favorite videos again (and all other videos on the site) by purchasing a 1-month subscription.

How can I change my email address or password?
To change your email address, just click on the "My Account" link at the top right of every page, log into your account, and enter your updated information.  Don't forget to save your changes.

How can I change the credit card I use for purchases?

Is this a secure site for ordering?

Can I download these videos?
You can not download the videos from the Martha Pullen TV site - it is a streaming only site. We will, however, be adding many of these downloads to our online store and our DVDs are always for sale at store.MarthaPullen.com.

Are these same videos available on DVD?
Some older episodes of Martha's Sewing Room are not, but all technique DVDs and many of the newer Martha's Sewing Room seasons are. Mouse over "Buy Videos" on the upper nav bar for options or visit store.MarthaPullen.com.

Can I share a link to your videos with friends, on Internet video or file sharing sites?
No. We do not allow customers to share a link to a video. Please respect the time and talent it takes to produce a video of this quality.

I don't see any videos?
You will need Flash to watch these videos on your computer. We've chosen that player because it is on almost all computers. Go here to get Flash.

However, please note that our videos are also available on the iPad, which does not use Flash.

The videos look like a scrambled TV channel.
Turn off your video player's Hardware Acceleration. Right-click on the video player, choose Settings, and uncheck Enable Hardware Acceleration. Click here for a picture showing you how to do that.
